AMENDMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN RELATION TO COVID-19
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic situation, please read the below amendments to our current Terms & Conditions. The below amendments will only apply to bookings directly affected by heath orders issued by the government and NSW Health.
Deposits to secure your booking will be reduced to $500* during this period. In the case of a government mandated lockdown in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, your booking will be rescheduled on an agreed date. If you do not wish to rebook the same event, a credit note will be issued to be used towards a future booking with Sydney Event Cruises PTY LTD within 12 months of issue (any product offered by the company). Refunds will not be provided unless otherwise agreed by Sydney Event Cruises PTY LTD.
*For booking under $10,000 only, regular booking fees apply over this amount.
If you, or one of your guests tests positive to Covid-19, or have been exposed to Covid-19 through a contact, and your booking cannot go ahead, your booking will be rescheduled. Refunds will not be provided unless otherwise agreed by Sydney Event Cruises PTY LTD.
If your booking has been affected by mandated reduced capacity limits, rescheduling will be allowed. You also have the option of proceeding with the booking, if reducing your guest capacity is possible.
